  • Our Suggested Press temperature is 356-374 degrees Fahrenheit, press time is 60-80 seconds.

Using the wrong print settings, incorrect pressing equipment, not enough heat from oven or press, or even the ink colors not coming out correct, or not wrapping the image tightly producing Shadowing or anything having to do with misprinting or mispressing of our products.  
All Methods you use to print your designs or press your designs are solely your responsibility to get correct.  We do provide prints with our inks, and paper for your cups but your are still responsible to  make sure that the heat and pressure are correct when making the cups. 
We are not responsible for mistakes.  Every printer, press, oven, or other means of creating these cups vary by user.
